MILLER PLEDGES TO FORCE JOSHUA INTO RETIREMENT IN 2024

Heavyweight contender Jarrell Miller is aiming to become Anthony Joshua’s final opponent in 2024, should they meet. Joshua, who is set to return to the ring on December 23 in Saudi Arabia, had initially hoped to face Deontay Wilder later in the year, but both fighters are now scheduled to make comebacks on the same night.

In the main event, Joshua will take on Otto Wallin, while the co-main event features ‘The Bronze Bomber’ against former champion Joseph Parker. Despite the attention on these top names, the overall card is highly competitive.

Jarrell Miller, in the midst of his comeback after years away from the sport due to failed drug tests, expressed his aspirations during a press interaction. He acknowledged his immediate focus on defeating Daniel Dubois and aiming for a title fight in 2024. While eyeing Mahmoud Charr for a potential title bout, Miller expressed his desire to face Joshua and retire him in the future.

Currently, both Joshua and Miller are slated for bouts on December 23, with no further commitments beyond their upcoming fights in Saudi Arabia. Joshua had been engaged in talks with Deontay Wilder for much of the year, but discussions for a December showdown with ‘The Bronze Bomber’ fell through, leading both fighters to secure different opponents for their respective comebacks.
