Kevin De Bruyne Reportedly Agrees Personal Terms with Al-Ittihad

Manchester City’s influential playmaker, Kevin De Bruyne, has reportedly reached an agreement on personal terms with Saudi Pro League club Al-Ittihad. The Belgian midfielder, who has been a key figure for the Premier League champions since his arrival from Wolfsburg in 2015, is under contract with City until June 2025.

According to journalist Rudy Galetti, while personal terms have been agreed upon, negotiations between Manchester City and Al-Ittihad regarding the transfer fee are still ongoing. If the move materializes, De Bruyne will join a star-studded lineup at Al-Ittihad, playing alongside notable players such as Karim Benzema, Fabinho, and N’Golo Kante.

In a recent interview, De Bruyne, 33, hinted at the possibility of exploring new opportunities as he approaches the latter stages of his career. He acknowledged the significant financial incentives that come with such moves, stating, “At my age, you have to be open to everything. You’re talking about incredible amounts of money in what may be the end of my career. Sometimes you have to think about that.”

Since joining Manchester City for £55 million in 2015, De Bruyne has been instrumental in the club’s success, contributing with numerous assists, goals, and match-winning performances. His potential move to the Saudi Pro League could mark a new chapter in his illustrious career.
