The two-day medical outreach organized by Lilly Hospital, Ughelli, in collaboration with Quest FM and Television, Ughelli, successfully concluded on Wednesday.
Held at the premises of Quest Broadcasting, the outreach provided free medical consultations, blood pressure checks, blood sugar screening, and eye tests to participants from the community.
Some beneficiaries who spoke with Quest FMTV expressed appreciation for the initiative but urged the organizers to consider providing free medications and other essential medical items in future editions of the outreach.
Lilly Hospital Pledges Continued Support
Lilly Hospital’s Client Relations and Sales Officer, Emmanuel Agboghoroma, expressed satisfaction with the turnout but acknowledged that no medications were distributed during the outreach.
Speaking at the close of the event, Agboghoroma assured participants of discounted treatment rates at Lilly Hospital and expressed the hospital’s desire for more collaborations with Quest FMTV to expand healthcare access in the region.
He extended gratitude to Quest Broadcasting for the partnership and emphasized Lilly Hospital’s commitment to further community healthcare initiatives.
